Allana was picked to play for Australia during the Rugby Sevens 2013, but later knee injuries forced her out of the game. It took many years to Allana to get back in playing in the league. Allana was a star for New South Wales during her debut women's Rugby League game against Queensland, which she participated in the 2015 season. Allana is also a radio player on her resume, making regular appearances on the 2GB's top-rated Continuous Call Team.
